Member Meetings

Please join one of our member meetings to review the proposed budget in advance of a member vote to ratify, dates with links to register below.

Listening to your feedback, the Board has decided to hold an online vote to ratify the budget via Election Runner.

We will keep the hybrid member meetings we've scheduled, but these will be informational. They will still provide critical context and an opportunity to ask questions and seek clarifications---so attendance at those meetings, if it's possible for you, is still strongly encouraged!* 

We will still provide snacks for in-person attendees to the meetings! Join us a few minutes early for a little social time, we'd love to see you!

*Did you know that in our contract, you are entitled to request time off to attend member meetings? Article 8.5: "Members shall be able to attend monthly membership meetings and contract ratification meetings. Members who are regularly scheduled to work during such a meeting shall be allowed to request time off and to use appropriate leave time, which will not be arbitrarily denied in consideration of operational needs of the University."
