Area Stewards

Below is a list of UVM Staff who are serving as Area Stewards.

In accordance with our constitution Area Stewards duties include: serve on the Board, identify and recruit potential stewards in their area, maintain regular contact with stewards within their area, aid the Lead Steward in ensuring proper training and mentorship for Stewards, facilitate the interpretation and enforcement of the contract which shall include, as necessary, the filing of grievances, report to the Lead Steward, and work with the Membership Lead to maintain the membership list (updated membership and contact information) of their area.

*The Larner College of Medicine (LCOM) has been broken down into four sub-clusters, with certain departments in each, distributed between Area Stewards so as to keep roughly the same number of employees in each sub-cluster. Please use the list above to locate your Area Steward.
